Does the Custom Shell fit the Miche Big Bag?
Currently Custom Miche shells only fit the Classic Miche Bag Base. Although we would like to offer Custom Miche for the Big Bag, at this time we do not have a set date for its availability.
How are Custom Miche Shells made?
Custom Miche Shells are captured using our custom application, and then sent to our print shop in Salt Lake City, UT. Once we receive your shell design, we use cutting edge printing technology to embellish onto a silk fabric. At that time, our skilled team of seamstresses finalize your shell and we ship it out to you.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders for Custom Miche and Custom Miche Gallery will be anywhere from 2-4 weeks during a normal retail season, and up to 6 weeks in a busy holiday season. What is the Custom Miche Gallery?
The Custom Miche Gallery where customers like yourself have the opportunity to be the designer! Custom Miche was designed to allow you to create a one-of-a-kind shell. We have had an over-whelming response to this project and some fantastic submissions. Due to this success and inquires from customers, the Custom Miche Gallery was implemented to allow you the opportunity to share your design with other Miche Bag fans. Each shell has been designed by a fellow enthusiast and approved by Miche Bag to be a part of the Gallery. All Custom shells fit both the black and brown classic bases. Though Custom Miche is a unique line of shells held to the same high standards as Miche Bag designer shells, so you can rest assured that you are ordering a high quality product. What images am I not allowed to use?
You must have the express permission to utilize any image uploaded to Custom Miche, in line with our Terms & Conditions. Any trademarked or copyrighted image, logo, or other creative aspect of a company will not be eligible for printing. A few examples of images we cannot print include:
- Professional Sports Images
- Copyrighted/Trademark Protected Works (such as cartoon characters, movie characters, business logos, etc.
- Any image of the likeness of a person without their permission
For more information please see our Image Guidelines page. An easy rule of thumb on this is, if you have to ask it's probably not ok to print.
What if I submit an order for a protected image?
Your order will not be shipped and any charged amount will be immediately refunded.
What if I think my work is being infringed upon?
Please contact support at brad@custommiche.com with the subject line "Image Complaint" and we will look into the issue immediately
