How long will my order take to ship?

Orders for Custom Miche are generally printed and sent to our seamstress within 1-2 weeks, and are then sent to you within another 5-7 business days; however, at times we may need longer to create your shell, which means some orders may take up to six weeks to arrive. Most orders will never take this long, and in cases where your order may be delayed, we'll try to contact you to let you know.

The Custom Miche Gallery is a 'print on demand' service with shells created by individuals like you. Each time you order a Custom Gallery shell, our team at Custom Miche Gallery sets out to give you a great product. Since this process is held to the same high standards as Custom Miche Shells, the timeline for receiving your Gallery shell will be anywhere from 1-3 weeks during a normal retail season, and up to 5 weeks in a busy holiday season. What is your return policy?

For Individual Custom Miche Shells...
Since each Custom Miche Shell created is as individual as the person creating it, cancellations and returns are not possible.
